Samah, a seasoned professional with 15 years of extensive experience in the international sphere, has contributed significantly to global civil society, the Palestinian Foreign Service in Geneva and Brussels, and as a secondee to the President of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Her work within the United Nations in Libya, collaborating with the country’s prime minister and acting president on institutional building and economic affairs, alongside her strategic planning role with the European External Action Service (EEAS) in the MENA region, underscores her exceptional expertise.
Building on this robust foundation, for the past decade, Samah has channeled her wealth of knowledge and leadership as the pioneering and principal partner of BIB Partners. She now leads the firm’s corporate diplomacy efforts, specializing in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects with a primary focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, cementing her reputation as a visionary in fostering impactful collaborations across sectors and regions.

Hassan has over 26 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on advisory, portfolio and treasury management for high net worth family business groups in the Middle East and Non-Resident India. He spent a decade in Geneva, Switzerland, working with UHNWI family businesses and managing their investment portfolios. Prior to this, he worked in Frankfurt, Germany, for renowned financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Natixis, BNP Paribas and Westdeutsche LandesBank, catering to institutional clients for eight years. Hassan holds a B.A. in Political Sciences and an M.A. in Management from the University of Montpellier, France. He also holds an executive international certificate in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris.
